Our Origins: Honoring a Commitment to Community Health
The Health-Care Program was founded in 2021 by Parthiv Medidi in honor of his late uncle, Rajesh, whose grassroots community outreach in Rajahmundry demonstrated that effective healthcare begins with seeing and recognizing the human dignity behind every individual circumstance.
While early relief efforts distributed basic care bags directly to families in need, direct field engagement quickly made one reality evident: material donations offer immediate comfort, but sustained advocacy creates health equity. When community members asked who would guide them after volunteer teams left, HCP shifted its operational model toward building lasting infrastructure - working alongside community stakeholders to ensure families never face healthcare barriers alone.
What We Do
Comprehensive Outreach: Distribution, Navigation, & Infrastructure
Our work operates across three primary stages of care advocacy:

Needs-Targeted Distribution: We assemble and personally distribute tailored hygiene, disease prevention, and diagnostic monitoring kits to families facing poverty and healthcare isolation. Every distribution involves direct dialogue with families to assess baseline wellness needs and explain the function of each item.

Localized Clinical Navigation: Distributing supplies is incomplete without access to trained medical providers. Our team produces visual and local-language resource guides, maps transportation routes to regional free clinics, and assists families in navigating available government and charitable health services.

Institutional Continuity Drop-Offs: To ensure sustained impact, HCP presented logistical observations regarding rural transportation and language barriers directly to regional clinic managers. These discussions secured formal institutional commitments to set aside surplus clinical supplies and execute monthly supply drop-offs directly inside target villages.
